Chloé teaches any ages with any ability in singing and she also teachers beginners in piano. She can prepare pupils for ABRSM exams. Chloe is fully DBS checked and she is happy to teach over zoom or Skype due to the current Covid climate. She can come do home visits or teach in her own home. Chloé can also take workshops or group music lessons as well. Chloé was a tutor at the Cheltenham Vocal Academy, however is now based in London.

In her lessons Chloé aims to treat no two voices the same and work on the tutee as an individual. Chloé works on technique and performance confidence and aims to help her pupil compile an array of repertoire whatever level of singing the pupil may be.

Whilst in her second year she also taught at Handsworth girls academy, helping girls who were musically talented in applying for conservatoires and aiding them with practice techniques and audition prep. In her lessons

In summer 2019 Chloé worked as an intern with the Birmingham music service for three weeks on their Birmingham youth proms. She welcomed 50 schools from across the West-midlands to the Symphony hall, where she helped prepare them for the concerts. During this week she worked with disabled and special needs schools and adapted to the needs that suited them in order to make them feel as comfortable as possible.

 

Chloé has studied pedagogy in her final two years at the conservatoire, shadowing at schools in Birmingham. Chloé has also done four years worth of German, Italian and French lessons with various coaches. She has also got her introduction to early years foundation stage certificate, taking part and exploring the role of music from birth till 5 years old.
